Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate would be expected to meet many but not all of these requirements.
Security analysis and security software development in a commercial environment
Strong C/C++ experience is required
Microsoft Windows programming and Windows technologies and/or equivalent UNIX experience
Experience with: understanding, deploying, applying and programming with cryptographic algorithms and technologies
Ability to understand and implement Common Criteria, FIPS, and other methods of security assurance practices
Experience implementing security protocols such as SSL, IPSec, or SecureShell (SSH) is highly desirable
Designing and implementing secure web servers and web services
Understand and implement (programmatic and integration) of PKI technologies
Experience with authentication and firewall technologies (programmatic and integration)
Experience with security testing tools, development of threat assessments and security testing methodologies
Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
B.S or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or technical institute
CISSP Certification is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Crypto API docs a plus
Experience developing with SSL, OpenSSL a plus
Experience designing secure networked applications

Position Summary:
The MetaFrame Password Manager Security Software Developer/Analyst will be responsible for security software development and ensuring that security awareness and protection are incorporated into the design of software for the MetaFrame Access Suite.
Responsibilities include:
Candidate will be coding in C++ 80% of the time
Coordinate with those providing product security architecture
Review of design features and make recommendations on security development issues
The ability to interact and converse on the topics of security with those conducting security audits and reviews of designs and source code for features and components to be developed or already existing in the product
Assist with Threat Assessment
Provide/implement mitigation strategies for defects discovered in threat assessments
Recommend provisioning for test beds and respond to security penetration testing issues
Work with security audit team and address issues after security vulnerability assessments
The tracking, incorporation and compliance of commercial and governmental (domestic and foreign) security standards for the MetaFrame Access Suite
